We Are Blessed!

Here we go again!

I can't believe that we are ready to do this again! I have felt strongly though for a few weeks now, that I needed to update our family blog, and in talking with Jordan, he is ready again too! I wonder who is out there waiting for us? What an exciting time in our family right now! Jordan finished his MBA, and we are now living in Cleveland Ohio, and loving the midwest still! Michaela is in Preschool and soccer, and growing up so fast. Heidi is walking all over, becoming this wonderful little person with a whole lot of attitude! I can't believe she will be one in just a few short weeks!

We want you to know, whomever you are, that you are still our hero. You will be joining a family not only consisting of us - Jordan, Samantha, Michaela and Heidi, but you will join Davea and Ericka in the ranks as our honored birthmothers, and my best friends in the whole world! OF course, there is the entire extended family as well - and they can't wait either! Nice to "meet" you and I can't wait to get to know you better!

We are thrilled that you are taking a moment to get to know us. We know that this must be a scary and unsettling time for you and we admire your courage and selflessness as you consider adoption for your precious baby. The first thing we want you to understand is that we truly feel blessed to be in a position to adopt our precious children. We have never felt slighted that it was not in our fate to bear biological children. We feel that any adopted child is as much "our own" as a child that we created would be. We have had so many opportunities to love so many people just by being the adoptive parents to a wonderful little girl, we couldn't imagine a life any better suited for us. For this reason, the title of our blog is, "blessed with infertility."

As a mother, you’re showing great love in trying to give your baby the best life possible. We share that desire with you pray that we might be the answer to one another's prayers.

We want you to know that we pray for you, think of you, and honor the monumental decision you are making. We want to make this decision easier in any way that we can. Our hope and prayer is that be creating this website, you will be able to get to know us a little better, and also to answer some of the questions you may have.
